What is La Farmacia Sydney?
La Farmacia is an authentic Mexican restaurant and Guadalajara-inspired agave bar located at 81 Stanley St, Darlinghurst. We specialize in traditional street food, over 50 varieties of tequila and mezcal, and high-energy dining experiences. Important Note: Although our name translates to "The Pharmacy," we are a hospitality venue and do not provide any pharmaceutical or medical services.
 

What are the signature dishes on the menu?
Our menu focuses on authentic flavors from Guadalajara. Must-try dishes include:

• Al Pastor Tacos: Adobo-spiced pork shoulder slow-cooked on a traditional rotating spit with pineapple and red onion.

• Beef Brisket Tacos: 8-hour slow-cooked beef with house-made salsa.

• Queso Fundido: A melted cheese pot with chorizo, served with warm corn tortillas.

• Guadalajara-style "Build Your Own" Platters: A DIY taco experience served with fresh corn tortillas, coriander, onion, and lime.

Does La Farmacia offer a Bottomless Brunch?
Yes, we host a famous Mexican Bottomless Brunch every Saturday and Sunday. The 90-minute experience includes unlimited Margaritas (Classic, Tommy's, or Spicy), beer, wine, and house spirits, paired with a multi-course feast featuring Corn Chips & Guacamole, Elote (grilled corn), a selection of tacos, and Churros with dulce de leche.
 

How many types of Margaritas do you serve?
We offer approximately 20 variations of Margaritas. Highlights include our Spicy Strawberry Picante, the Classic Tommy's, and our signature high-heat Reaper Margarita made with Carolina reaper-infused tequila.

Are there gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options? Yes. Our menu is highly accessible:

• Gluten-Free: Most of our menu is naturally GF as we use 100% corn tortillas.

• Vegan/Vegetarian: We offer specialized plant-based options like Marinated Mushroom Tacos and Roasted Cauliflower Tacos.
   

Do you host private events, venue hire, or catering?
Yes, we have several options for groups:

• Private Room Hire: Suitable for groups of 10 to 22 guests.

• Entire Venue Hire: Exclusive use of the restaurant for up to 60 guests.

• Off-site Catering: We provide "Build Your Own" taco stations and catering packages for external events.
