Having just returned from her Native flavours tour of Australia, Guest chef Jess Hodge (@_made_by_jess) is joining us for a pop-up series to bring her unique take and insight of Australian native ingredients and flavours to our Mexican menu. Jess has meticulously created a menu that brings the diversity and colour of Australian Natives into the rich history and styles of Mexican cooking. The menu consists of 5 courses, and can be paired with a beautiful selection of Australian native cocktails, natural wines, beers and spirits curated by Christian Hampsie from Yerrabingin and our own team. This night is one of a kind and bookings will fill fast. There 2 seatings (6:00pm and 8:30pm) of 2 hours each. Book now.
